Taught students network management in a 13-week course. This included network, transport, and application protocols as well as specific tools for server administration. The course covered everything from wire type, NICs, server configuration and best practices for multi-server network administration.

System responsibility of the AIX system. This included hardware selection, installation, and configuration of TCP/IP to the ES9000 mainframe and throughout the Novell LAN. Had Oracle DBA responsibilities for the AIX server and Novell Oracle servers.

System support for 8 dual-processor mainframe systems in 2 locations. These supported over 800 simultaneous users. This included operating system configurations, system software modification and technical assistance to the development, operations and production staff
